Can you share your own career path at SysAid?

So let's talk about career path here at SysAid. So I've been here for the last six and a half years and I started off as a customer success manager managing about 700 customers, so small business customers. And then I moved up to managing larger customers throughout the years. And then when I started managing our enterprise customers, I realized that I can actually contribute a lot to the business and to our customers and to our processes. And as a customer success manager, I really loved my role and I thought to that, I wanna stay at SysAid, I wanna contribute, but I wanted to grow. And I made it very, very clear to my manager at the time who's, by the way, also my manager today that I want to move up to leadership. And then what I did was I worked towards that and had a development plan. I moved on to managing the team, became the team lead. I then moved on to be in the director for the customer revenue team now leading a team of expansion managers and also customer success managers. Now it's not only just me, that has been promoted over the time here at SysAid. We really believe in internal mobility here, whether it's moving from one department to another or actually moving up into leadership from the same department you're in.
